I ran into two curbs, which were high damaging my front bumper. Also scraped my passenger side fender and door leaving deep scratches. Hugo from bumper specialists came to my home on 10/29 and brought back my car on 11/1 looking beautiful like nothing ever happened to it. I also liked this business because they picked up the from my home and returned it to my home, which was great because my wife and I are both disabled. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely professional and super friendly since the first initial contact. Liz was very good about getting me a quote and scheduling me to fix my bumper. These bumper specialists are amazing! The gentleman I dealt with named Hugo was such a professional guy. I called him and he responded back within a few hours and we scheduled a appointment for him to come to our house to fix our car. They come to you!! What an amazing job he did. Just look at it. The ENTIRE team at Bumper Specialists are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, their customer service was great. Hugo came by to personally access the damage to my bumper to insure the quote was spot on. The job was completed in about a day & my car was even delivered back to me. The cost was about 60% LESS than what it would have cost to replace it. I highly recommend them for any bumper repair needs.

My car looks brand new again! And Liz and Hugo were able to pick up my car last Tuesday from my home, and then drop it back off a week later for no extra charge. It was very convenient to not have to go anywhere to get my scratches and dents fixed. Hugo was very thorough with me about what he was going to do to fix my car and what each little thing costs. I definitely recommend going to bumper specialists if you have any car damage at all. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and priced well!

So Hugo paid us a visit today to restore my bumper to factory new. cement shrapnel ricocheted onto my car at freeway speeds leaving dents & scuffs. can't tell anymore thanx to Hugo's skills, friendliness, & professionalism. plus he practiced safe covid protocols the whole time. my wife's bumper needs some fixing due to a broken bracket ... can't wait for Hugo to revisit us asap!

I can't rave enough about this business! Starting with their friendly and helpful front office, their quick turnaround on a serious fender-bender, and of course my car looks as good as new.

I can't believe he fixed it that fast. Got here at 9:30 and was gone before 11:30. Norberto was fast and explained what he was doing. Let me know I couldn't wash my car for a couple days. Much cheaper and less of a headache to get anything done with the bumper specialists. Also they confirmed my appointment the day before just to remind me. Would recommend this company to anybody in need of a bumper fix/scratch.

Hugo arrived on time and was very polite and courteous, and he told me exactly what he was going to do! I had someone back into me at the grocery store and leave while I was inside! He completely made the bumper look like new again! And even went above and beyond by fixing some other things not related to it! Highly would recommend to anyone! Thank you again!
