The absolute best customer service in Lake elsinore California. Joe pichette is a real genuine guy. Know everything about a vehicle. Joe and his company did a outstanding job on my dodge charger.. had a little tears coming down on how amazing my charger(my baby) was looking after he fix it. Love this place.. I recommend this to everybody!!!!!

After taking my car to another shop who told us the car was a loss and wouldn't even work on it. I went here to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. Joe and his team are absolutely amazing! He actively listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get us what we needed. His attitude about it was always positive and because of this he made the process look easy. My brand new scatpack with 500 miles got into an accident two years ago and i decided to bring it in to this bodyshop since it was at the dealer i bought the car from and i assumed they were reliable. That was the biggest mistake of my life got a new bumper radiator and hood repainted. The paintjob is absolutely Horrible 2 years later not much of it left it did not only had a million imperfections when i gotit back but now its chipping away and cracking words can not explain how dissatisfied i am not to mention it took months to fix my car. If i could give it 0 starts i would wish i could post
