When I made the deposit they scheduled two days for the install. Later they called and asked for a third day if necessary to finish. It took five days and two different crews. The first crew only got half way done in three days, entered my home when I was not there, temporarily put carpet on the stairway that was not attached in any way, tack strip tips protruded throughout. Management was not helpful regarding issues and stood behind their installers - even though one guy was fired on my job and later the other guy was fired. The job was finished by another crew. I do not recommend The Carpet

I've used the carpet store in the past and was happy. This was a different experience. The installer, Randy R. and his assistant (who are contractors, they do not have employee installers) were great BUT the front office is just rude. They repeatedly called my daughter at work to demand the other half of the carpet payment. They started this the morning of a failed attempt to lay the carpet. The next time they called her at work for payment even before the installers arrived. Just beware full payment is due before the complete installment. If something goes wrong, you are screwed. This is the policy

Had this carpet installed in a guest bedroom. We purchased a high-end product. The Carpet Store sent in contract installers that that fastened the padding down with tape!!!! The room gets next to no use so I let it go and now the carpet is bulged in the center and around the door. Total mess. I called the store and got the run-around about sending in a factory guy to inspect and was warned that I may end up paying for the inspection. Now I'm going to end up replacing it. Buyers beware of this outfit.

I'm a repeat customer of The Carpet Store! I've had several homes carpeted with their products and have been extremely happy each time. Randy came out to install new carpet in our entire upstairs. It was a huge project and he did a wonderful job! Very respectful, careful in how he worked around baseboards and stair railings so as to not scratch them. Truly appreciate the ease and professionalism of working with everyone in this store! You get what you pay for and this was definitely reasonable, and high quality merchandise and workmanship. Looking forward to having them do more work for me! Thanks
