Megan Casey-Lemonds, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). She is also an office administrator at Lotus Acupuncture & Holistic Health Clinic. Megan moved to Virginia in 2009 with her husband and fur-children after being stationed in San Diego for several years.

I can not even begin to sing the praises of this clinic!! The entire staff are incredible! Dr. Dabu is amazing!!! She has helped me through so many issues and always takes her time to hear my concerns and help me with the best possible resources and care. Do not hesitate to book with them! This is my second rave review for Lotus Acupuncture but I just had to do it! Dr. Jayne, Megan, and Hana are all so amazing. Not only are they caring and compassionate but they are remarkable in their methodology! They can tell what is wrong with you and what needs correcting a lot faster than any traditionally-trained doctor will ever be able to do. I am forever grateful for my healing and now they are helping me with my 12 year old daughter too. I cannot give them a high enough rating. I just feel blessed to have them in my life and in the life of my daughter as well.

I really don’t know what took me so long to write this review. Dr. Dabu and staff are absolutely amazing! They really do care for the “total” person. I can’t begin to tell you how much they have helped me and my family, those who are local and live out of state. They have provided excellent care as well as taught us how to care for ourselves. I’m grateful for all that they do for us.

I have been going to Jayne Dabu for over 5 years. My overall health has improved. I love learning about alternative treatments and prefer those to medications, if possible. I do believe the importance of listening to your body and the use of acupuncture, chiropractors and the medical community to give me the best life possible.

When not one of your dr will listen to you about how you feel and all they want to do is give you another pill call Lotus Acupuncture. Jane is freaking amazing. After one visit and the pills she gave me there is such a change in my body and how I feel. I know people who used acupuncture and how much they raved about it but I just didn’t get it. Boy do I get it now!!!

The entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, etc etc! Dr. Dabu has a wide range of eastern and western medical options at her disposal, which is great when standard medicine hasn't helped and ran out of things to try. There's also plenty well-established treatments that you'll know what to expect from.

She has helped my family in so many different areas whether it be an ache or pain or sports injury, kidney stones....she even works on anti aging! The staff is always kind and friendly too. Dr. Jayne is treating me for: lymes, Alpha gal Mammalian Meat Allergy and the skin reaction and gut reaction to it, stress, sciatica and sinus problems. A big fat onion that she is expertly pealing away to get and keep me healthy. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She explains everything she is doing. My first session was rough and… after I slept a lot. Now, I am going strong and feeling so much better. I still have a ways to go, but now I have someone who will ride out this journey with me. I highly recommend Dr. Dabu and Lotus Acupuncture!!!!

Nov 11,2018 I was in a horrible car accident that left my arm locked in one position after 2 weeks of no movement & no help from doctors I knew my career in law enforcement came to an end! Days before Thanksgiving I scheduled an appointment with this clinic & after one treatment I was able rotate my arm! With continued treatment I will be returning to my job as an Deputy very soon!
