Dr. Raphael is a licensed psychologist and founder and director of the Career Evaluation and Coaching Center and the Maryland Center for Health Psychology. The goal of Dr. Raphael and these centers is to help people and organizations identify their strengths and accomplish their goals. A typical program includes an initial working meeting, testing and self assessment exercises, additional face-to-face meetings where the client is guided and supported in reaching his or her next career decision.
