He is meticulous and methodical and applies those talents to every car he diagnoses and repairs, always considering the characteristics of the year, make and model.

If we red flag your first choice, bring in up to 2 more vehicle options at no charge. Air conditioning blowing warm? We can recharge your freon, and dye the system so we can potentially find leaks and keep you cool through the Summer.

Based on recent experience for an engine repair I give Gearheads a 5.5 Rating for exceeding my high expectations. The diagnosis was right on and the knowledge and expertise of the company was in full display. The promised time for completion was met and the car runs smoothly again. Let me start off by saying Davis and Castle are GREAT. I have a 2006 Toyota Avalon and a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. They have done a Transmission fluid change, total rotor and brake pad job on my Avalon. They also did a total four wheel brake pad job on my 2012 Grand Caravan. Cars are running great and I appreciate their honesty and awesome prices.
I feel like I finally found great mechanics at a great shop, and I live in Richmond. I don't mind traveling for great service. Thank you gentlemen!

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated at this shop. I arrived at my scheduled time. The woman working the desk was very nice. I wanted to talk to the mechanic to give some specifics about that they would need to know about my vehicle. Unfortunately, I waited for 25 minutes and no one came to service my vehicle. As it was so far past my appointment time, I left. I received a voicemail a little while later from the shop from a mechanic saying "normally we don't have a technician available to speak with the client. We are happy to service your vehicle in the
