John is very good at what he does. Took my Toyota Tundra to him and he was able to press bearings onto my rear axle when I could find no one else to do it. He also resolved my braking issue which had my truck pulsating every time I would hit the brake. He went above and beyond and spent extra time troubleshooting my issues.

We were traveling for a girls weekend, and the A/C broke. We called an automotive shop, but they didn't work on the model car we were in. They recommended John Clay. I called, talked to Scott, and he was very helpful.
Dropped off the car, got a diagnosis and quote on repair. Very reasonable! Some businesses could have gouged us since we were from out of town. They didn't.
Part that was replaced has a warranty, (yay!) and they explained what to do if it breaks again.

I called and inquired about getting a tire rotation done at the very last minute, and John Clay and his team took great care of me. Not only were they quick and professional, but they were extremely reasonably priced for the work that they performed. Scott took care of arranging everything from start to finish, and was very polite and easy to work with. I'd recommend anyone and everyone to get work done here, and I'll absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Called John Clay automotive on a whim to see if they could take a quick look at my car after getting a very high quote from somewhere else. John was able to solve and simplify the problem within 30 minutes. Definitely saved the day and saved me money & a headache! Customer service is fast & professional. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! My boyfriend and I are from SC and had car trouble over the weekend. We called this morning and they got us in right away! Luckily we had an inexpensive fix and they were extremely honest and fixed with problem without embellishing what was wrong like a lot of places do. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here! You will not be disappointed.
