Always so awesome! My go to, they have saved me on so many occasions! Some people need to be more patient, follow the rules. *YOUR* tone reflects *your* attitude, so don't blame others. I know each staff member, they have never treated anyone rudely, so ask around; they would not be in business if they were not as helpful and knowledgeable, have notary public services. My husband shops here too, never had an issue!!

Customer service is hit or miss. When it’s good, it’s great! Very helpful, offer tape, etc. When it’s not, it’s so uncomfortable to even drop off a package. No tape, it’s a problem. FYI One gal is the most unfriendly person. I’d Rather do business with people who appreciate my business. Also, sick of getting snapped at for not having a mask when dropping off (which is allowed per their sign).

Absolutely LOVE Valley Mail and it's the only place I use to mail packages or get business services (e.g. notary) done. Carol is a complete pleasure to work with. She always has a cheerful attitude and a smile and aims to please. What I love most is, she always has what I need and it's super fast to stop in and get done what I need!

I bought a LifeProof replacement case over a month ago and have not received this package, they no longer have the package and gave it away to the wrong person , I'm quite frustrated about this incident as you can imagine. Additionaly my dad has had this same thing happen with 3 items off of Amazon and made no offer to cover the lost items.

No matter what I take in there to mail to my grandchildren, they always find a way to pack it. Nothing has ever broken in transit. Always friendly, always willing to help me carry boxes to the car. Since we cannot have USPS delivery to our house, we have to have a mailing address, and this one is great. When we are out of town, they always set our mail aside in a bin instead of cramming into the mailbox or letting get lost. I always leave with a smile on my face because of the friendly, quick service, and it really is nice to go someplace where I am greeted by name.

It is hard to separate the OK service that the mailbox people give vs the HORRIBLE service the storage unit people give. As a whole they run the business like a typical small town store. Opening late, putting a sign in the window that they are away for lunch and just plain pulling an audible and taking the whole weekend off and keeping us from our belongings. Best prices in town but the hassle sure adds up to be comparable to a professionally run business.
Remember that you have to give 30 days notice and beware that they like to charge your credit card multiple times. Good luck with a speedy

I volunteer for the Lake Margaret Community Purposes Club and Valley Mailbox is always very fast and reasonably priced, getting our newsletters and billings copied and folded in a timely manner. They are courteous and just a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for secretarial type services. I understand they also do keys and have storage as well.
