Many things can be said about the people behind this business but nothing is adequate enough. The level of care and professionalism creates new standards for those in the industry.
Entering this establishment will be one of the most peaceful parts of your day. There may be some popping involved, but despite what displeasures precede your body will thank you. I went from always walking with a limp in constant pain to walking strait with no pain. All because of the gentle care of everyone here.
I highly recommend paying a visit if you wake up in pain daily like I did.

Dr. Robin is an awesome holistic practitioner! She is compassionate, caring and makes the time to listen to you. She utilizes a variety of therapies for your healing experience. The entire staff is warm, and caring. The atmosphere in this office is exceptional. Lisa is so kind and welcoming. Kelsey's services as a massage therapist are very… healing and she definitely has great massage skills combined with a healing touch. The hot stone massage is absolutely amazing!! I have been going to Dr. Robin for over a year for back and neck pain, and general maintenance. She takes time to listen to you and whenever I enter the office, I feel like I'm talking to family. The entire… staff is kind and compassionate. Dr. Robin has been using the new Aspen Laser System on my neck recently, and I have found that my pain has significantly reduced in that area. I carry around grandchildren and have had increased stress with dealing with my elderly parents, and am now finding I can handle these stresses much better due to the inflammation decreasing in that area. I've been through a bunch of chiropractors and have never had such a professional and genuine chiropractor as Dr. Waterbury. I fractured my lower back in a snowboarding accident two weeks before Christmas and thought that it would take me months to recover. Dr. Waterbury suggested I do laser therapy at her office and in six weeks my bones were healed! I was amazed at how fast the laser treatment worked. Im so thankful for Dr. Waterbury and her staff!!

After spending months of physical therapy under the care of an orthopedic surgeon, I had resigned myself that my shoulders would never be fully functional. I've known and seen Dr. Robin Waterbury since 2005. Robin is a wonderful woman and chiropractor. I really can't say enough good things about her practice and her as a person. She is VERY knowledgeable and takes a whole body approach to her treatments. Robin always takes her time talking to me and giving me the best adjustments I've ever had. Anna, the massage therapist at Waterbury, is attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, and very skilled. She helped me with some soft-tissue issues in my shoulder. After my massage, I felt super relaxed, and my shoulder felt great!
The facility is cozy and welcoming and all the staff are very friendly. Can't ask for much more!
