What a great experience. Called me to let me know the parts we wanted were in, at time they were expected. He scheduled within the week to come out. He was on time, did the work well, explaining what he was doing.

Cedric did an amazing job! He is very polite and informative! He was not in any hurry and took time to explain in detail everything that was going on with my heaters. Very accommodating, easy scheduling, thorough work. Like them so much, I recommended to three neighbors. Turns out they were as impressed with C&G as I. If only all businesses operated with such standards. We’ve had two separate issues recently and have worked with Cedric, Lorenzo, and Alan from Coventry & Gattis. We’re satisfied with the product but we are even more thrilled with the service. Above and beyond. Super timely. Cedric was very detailed, knowledgeable, and transparent in showing us what was faulty and getting parts and replacement quickly, even offering to stay and help move a fence panel for the new unit.
