Client side unrealistic targets and expensive.
Employee side:
No consideration for the safety or concerns of agency staff they employ. For example promotional vehicle supplied had a leaking boiler and plumbing over a live 12v battery. Interior electric cabling used outdoors in wet conditions. Vehicles grossly over weight aka illegal to drive.
Lack of management skills expected to work 85 hours a week without breaks and only paid for "live hours" which doesn't include travel time on tour, set up and break down. Eventually received partial payment still waiting for full payment......
