Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that is rooted in African traditions and is vibrant, complex, and lively. It merges together dance, acrobatics, and music and can be used as self-defense, celebration, or to elevate the spirit. With skill and experience, we provide the chance to learn and practice Capoeira in North Beach for those looking to enhance their body and mind through new channels and experiences.

Amazing vibe, try Aerial Yoga, the teacher Andrea is gentle, yet challenging, and knows how to get anyone in amazing postures that will leave you renewed after class!! (tip: They also offer Aerial parties and bachelorettes.. ;) )
They have anything you may like: Yoga (with live music on Friday nights), Capoeira (Brazilian Martial arts/dance), Salsa, weights, massage, calisthenics, open gym, anything! Canela and Darwin the owners, put their best into everything they offer holding nothing back! worth trying!!

Ocean Life Studio is a real gem in North Beach. I started with their Capoeira group at the studio, and realized what an amazing energy the people at this studio have. I now am a fan of Aerial Yoga, Fit Fusion and Salsa classes as well. There is really a class for everyone at this boutique fitness studio.
The owners Canela and Darwin really put their heart into this place and their staff and members. Thanks for welcoming me to the OLS family.
