Services
Lucy Bowen McCauley is the Artistic Director, choreographer, and creative energy behind Bowen McCauley Dance Company (BMDC). Since founding the company in 1996, she has created over 100 works ranging from lyrical ballets to highly physical contemporary pieces set to rock music. Her choreography offers an unconventional array of genres and blends balletic lines, quirky gestures, and modern dance's earthiness.
You know that the arts bring people joy and can provide a wonderful form of entertainment, but did you know that the arts build community and strengthen the economy?. Arts organizations are small businesses. Small businesses account for approximately 75% of new job growth in the Commonwealth.
In addition to direct staff, arts organizations also employ accountants, construction workers, plumbers, etc., and generate businesses that serve cultural tourism e.g.Art museums, music, theater, dance venues and festivals are a core component of Virginia tourism, attracting visitors from far and wide whose spending (in the form of meals, hotels, gifts, taxes, etc.) leads to increased revenue for the community.

In 2008, BMDC worked with the Mark Morris Dance Group (MMDG) to bring its Dance for PD program to the Mid-Atlantic region. BMDC is a licensed affiliate authorized to offer Dance for PD-branded classes based on the MMDG's research-backed program. Licensed affiliates maintain the highest standards of teaching, program delivery and administrative support to ensure that classes they offer are safe, beneficial and enjoyable.
Our mission is to educate, entertain and inspire students of all ages through the joy of dance! Who says science and art are mutually exclusive? BMDC's goal is to deepen student understanding by visualizing the relationship between math, engineering and the arts.

A place for registration of medical qualifications. It provides (and also renewed) BMDC registration number (both temporary and permanent) for doctors and nurses. It has also rights to cancel the registration of doctors and nurses. It also validates the foreign degrees of doctors. Post graduation degrees can be registered from here too.
