Crown Powder Coating is a minority owned, Midwest-based business enterprise. Our Fortville, Indiana facility houses two automated powder coating lines and three manual lines, with small to large part capabilities, from a square inch up to 16 feet in length. As a family owned business, we take great pride in providing our customers with quality coating solutions and personalized customer service at every step of the process.
No job is too big or small for Crown Powder Coating! We coat almost all metal surfaces, providing for a durable long lasting finish you can count on for years to come. We stock many color choices, and if we do not have your preferred color in stock, it is usually only a day away thanks to UPS and FedEx.
Unlike liquid paint, no solvents are used during the powder coating process, making it a particularly environmentally friendly finishing technique.
As a dry finishing process, free-flowing ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically applied to a metal substrate and then cured in an oven for a tough surface finish extremely resistant to breakdown, such as impact, moisture, chemical exposure, ultraviolet light and extreme weather conditions.

So needed to get some truck parts powder coated and in a hurry. Talked to what I now know was the old owner on the phone. Come strolling into this place to drop off some parts and meet the powder coaters Alfonso and Sydney. Super cool people got my parts done in 3 days. Now I mention talking to old owners, because during this process they didn’t have an office person onsite yet. Alfonso abs Sydney made sure to get me a price and took care of me while the business is changing ownership. Will come back for sure in the future.

Talked with AL and right away he was very kind and even took the time to walk me around and showed me some of his quality work. All around a great person to deal with so far. Will update once I see the wheels. But so far an amazing experience. Will be coming back for more work to be done for sure.
