The quality of work is average while the timeliness of follow through is poor. Follow-up is also difficult and poor which contributes to the overall experience being less than ideal; difficult to reach by email and cell. I recommend going with a different vendor for your decorating or staging needs.

I used Theresa of Deja Blue for a small remodel of our living room. There was minimal construction (just making an opening from the family room a bit bigger), mostly just an upgrade of furnishings, window coverings and accent items. Her talent as an interior designer we good, but her customer support was lacking. Several of my orders were caught up the the pandemic shipping delay, which she had no control over. But she was very hard to get ahold of, not answering emails or phone calls for weeks at a time. When she finally did respond, getting straight answers was nearly impossible. I got tired
