Services
To keep you and your loved ones safe, know that we have taken all recommended state and medical association precautions. If you are a new patient, print and fill out the new patient paperwork and bring it with you to initial appointment. Sneezing, watery eyes, and/or sinus pain/pressure that is unusual and not related to seasonal allergies.
To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our podiatry offices, including our hours, location, appointment scheduling and insurance acceptance. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
Dr. Davis is available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses. Our practice specializes in general foot care. I can't say enough good things about this business. The office staff is very welcoming and the doctor really takes her time during the appointment. I didn't feel rushed and they don't make you come back for numerous follow ups. I was so pleased I took my 94 year old mother in law there. She also was extremely pleased with the doctor and staff. If you have any problems with your feet, this is the place to go.
