I would definitely hire Haven Spa Pool & Hearth again!
I hired Haven to install a natural gas fireplace, and couldn't be happier with the result! The process was smooth, convenient, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would TOTALLY recommend.
ALL of the staff were absolute rockstars! Marshall initially helped us in the showroom, and couldn't have done a better job in making us feel welcome and helping us pick out which fireplace would be the right fit for us. The GM that did the initial assessment, Stephan, was a lovely, knowledgeable man who helped us narrow down exactly what we needed. Cool dude.

Great experience. The store manager was very knowledgeable. They called with updates about our order frequently. The delivery experience was great as well. They called the day before to give an arrival window. Called again the day of to confirm, and also texted me when they were on the way. 4 people showed up to install the spa. They were professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They got the spa through a pretty tight pathway and leveled it, all in around 2 hrs.

We inherited our hot tub when we bought the house and never really used it that frequently till just recently when I hurt my low back. We thought a couple of things needed looking at: one side of the jets, the lights, and it seemed to be getting cloudy after about ten days of use. Anyway, Shawn (from Haven) came out and he did a really nice job of diagnosing and explaining what was going on with the tub. Everyone we worked with at Haven Spa Pool and Hearth did a great job from Randy who helped us in the Beaverton store to Stephan who came to our home to help us decide on the correct size stove and determine what needed to be done to connect our current gas line to the new stove. Shawn and Nick installed our gas stove. They went above and beyond. They were pleasant, quick and left the area spotless. We recently moved into a home that had a zero clearance wood-burning fireplace that was so small, it rendered it pretty useless. Steph and Justin did an excellent job leveling our hot tub. They were friendly, safety conscious with masks and distancing, and very helpful making sure I knew exactly what needed to be done to get the wiring reconnected correctly. We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert from Haven and experienced outstanding customer service from start to finish. Starting with randy in the Beaverton showroom, to Stephan doing a site visit to let us know which models would work best, followed by Jeff and Michael’s installation. They were some of the most pleasant contractors I’ve had in the house ever. Jeff invited my intimidating-looking giant dog to play and no problems with her being in their space. Every part of the purchase and installation has been so easy. When we went to look at the spa we were interested in, all our questions and concerns were addressed. They even set up the order while we were waiting for financing to be approved. Once we were ready to order everything was very quick and simple. We needed a delay due to having a deck built, and never were made to feel like it was a problem. For delivery Steph and Justin set up our new hot tub. We purchased a hot tub from these guys. My husband and I had a great experience from the very first phone call. We went to the store and brought our dog who was welcome. We picked out the colors we wanted for the tub, got our chemicals, and even a free ice cream bar! We were offered to try out the spa that's out front. I didn't bring my suit so I declined.
We were told the delivery would be 4-6 weeks and they are ahead of schedule. We get our tub delivered in 2 weeks from today which will be less then 6 weeks.

Thank you Shawn! We had a gas fireplace repair this afternoon. Shawn was able to find the problem in the first 10 minutes that he was here! Shawn was very nice and explained everything to us so that we understood what the problem was.

Upon recommendation from NW Natural that I have a thorough cleaning of my gas fireplace, I called Haven. I was aware that the service provider would arrive between 9 and 11:00, and Shawn notified me when he was on his way to my house along with the time he would likely arrive. . .he was there right on time.

We recently had Haven (Clackamas) install a Mendota gas fireplace in our new home in the SW Hills, Portland. They built a 6 foot x 8 foot tall surround for us with stone I chose. We bought an old converted grain elevator board from an artist and Haven did an amazing install of that too.
Jeff and his crew were really amazing to work with and Stefan talked us through the process. Everyone was so professional. We are thrilled with the results. Can't say enough about Haven. Thank you all.
