Purchased a Spa from Johan, He was Great. It was delivered this week by Heath and Travis. They were Awesome. Started it up today and there was a small leak. I called Service and Daryn came right over and assessed the issue and called the factory , who is sending the replacement part ASAP. Daryn was Awesome as well. Highly recommend Spa Logic. They genuinely care about us and our needs. 5 Stars!!!

I was having a pump problem and the staff asked great questions and helped diagnose the problem. They were right too! It ended up being a fairly simple fix. Where the first place I went tried to sell me a $150 fix, I was out the door with $20 worth of solutions. They were very nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend. My new place for pool supplies!

Best experience time and time again. We have used this service twice now and each time have had an amazing experience. Darren is very knowledgeable about every kind of hot tub and knows how fixing the little things can make the hot tub run. We bought our house with an older hot tub already present so we didn’t know much about it but he has been great a at keeping it running at minimal cost. Highly recommend this service.

I'm disabled and needed a hot tub for deep tisssue massage of my back pain. I compared a half dozen brands of hot tubs, read reviews, wet tested a few, Daryn and coast spa had exactly what I was looking for. I ended up getting the Apex Curve Lounger model, with the upgraded pumps. The delivery was very smooth despite the difficult installing location. The guys worked hard to get it in place and make sure it was where I wanted. After the install, I was treated as a valuable customer, as expected. Daryn has always been responsive and communicative. Daryn and everyone that work for him has gone above and beyond to make our fist hot tub buying experience amazing. They spent so much time with us figuring out which one would best fit both our needs and our budget. Then when it came to installation day, the install team got it installed quickly and without damage even though our location was hard to get to. Daryn is not working to sell tubs and make money. Daryn is working to build great relationships with his customers and that’s what makes spa logic so different and ultimately the right choice.

(which is really lacking in many of the other spa places we shopped around when we went to purchase our hot tub.) Owner Daryn truly stands behind ALL of his products and goes above and beyond "the extra mile" for his customers. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable! Only high-quality products are what you will find at Spa Logic. The showroom is beautiful, and the spa that we purchased is AMAZING! I will not purchase another spa product elsewhere. :)

We were in the market for our first hot tub and were thinking of purchasing one from Costco. We decided to talk to someone in the business to get some basic questions answered. After talking to Rick, we quickly realized why it is important to purchase a hot tub from a reputable manufacturer. There were so many things we hadn't considered that could have potentially gone wrong with a Costco tub (how were we going to get it from our driveway to the back patio?), the material was not nearly the quality as one from West Coast, the list goes on and on. We checked out several places in search for a fire pit. We were very pleased with the selection we found here and ended up purchasing a fire table and matching fire pit. We found the selection and quality to be top notch! The owners were very honest and reasonable with their pricing.

My wife and I went a lot of places looking for a hot tub. What we encountered were high prices, outsourced delivery & sales people that drove us crazy. We found exactly what we needed at Spa Logic. I looked for months before I purchased my new spa from Daryn. He had so much patience and never tried to sell me. He let the product speak for itself, took the time to answer my hundreds of questions and worked with me to trade in my existing tub. The price was more than fair but the real value is the service Daryn and Terri provide. He even called me on a Saturday night when I texted him a question. Service is off the charts, price is fantastic and the LA Spa hot tub I bought is amazing! If you're in the market for a spa, you have got to go see Daryn!

Buying a hot tub from Daryn was a smart move! He's a very honest guy who tries to save you money whenever he can. He talked us through setting up an area for the tub and the electrical work. Daryn was always available when we needed him and always helpful. When we wanted to put the tub where it will be difficult for him to service it, he didn't complain, just showed us the minimum amount of space he needed to access the tub. We had a great experience buying from Daryn and absolutely love our tub!

I'm blown away by the excellent service. I just ordered and had Spa Logic install a hot tub at my cabin and the price was almost wholesale it was so good and the service was amazing. They arrived early and were done early and it wasn't as if they rushed and did half a** job, it was good quality work. I really couldn't be any happier with the whole experience!
