We will continue to do as much paperwork and pre-discussion as we can over the phone and internet to keep the process safe for all. PARTS is open Regular business hours, and parts can be picked up inside, carried out to you, or shipped. SERVICE is open Regular hours, however you MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT to drop off units for service.
Our sales team is tasked with finding the right machines and the right financing options for all of our customers. Josh joined Preferred way back in 2002, and after a few years away rejoined our team. He started out riding snowmobiles at age 10 and soon after got his first ATV. Josh lives right here locally in Cicero.

Great motorcycle service and sales location. I was on a cross state trip when I had a bit of an urgent situation. When I contacted them they were very helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and friendly service provided by everyone I encountered. Highly recommend them and they would be my go to shop if I lived in the area.

Went in to take my son with special needs to see a slingshot, unfortunately no slingshots available to see but Jason Hackney took the time to talk to my son and answer a bunch of questions he didn’t have to and even showed my son other rides like the can am spyder. Thank you so much for treating my son right and not brushing him off. I will forever promote your shop and refer anyone looking for fun toys and great bikes to your shop!

Review on salesman Bill,
Bought a brand new bike from him last year wasn’t the most personable guy and I found him to be quite rude in our interactions but I let it go no biggie bike was a little late and he didn’t really give me good updates on timing of delivery.
I go there yesterday for 6 sprocket nuts, bolts and washers. I explain to him what I need he says he doesn’t have it. I explain again what I need because I know they are a standard part on all Japanese made bikes. He tells me they are not standard and the young man next to him shakes his head at me.

Very bad customer service. Came in today with my wife was interested in making a purchase. Sales person showed little interest in any dialogue or showing me the ATV. Asked him questions and would get a sort of annoyed reply as if I was not important or a potential buyer. I personally been in customer service for years and been in sales myself for years. And never experienced poor salesman like from what seen at that place. Too bad because I was really serious about buying an ATV. Guess they won’t be getting my business. Don’t recommend and I would check someone else out for buying.

Service department has ludacris wait times, and give preferential treatment to those who purchased bikes through the dealership. I called in the beginning of June for a quick 15 minute service, it is now September and I am still "on the waitlist". They've asked me numerous times if I bought my bike through them and after I say no, they continue on with the spiel that it "will be just a couple more weeks". It's a shame they are the only dealership to service triumph in the area. I understand summer is the busy season, but they've taken simply too long.

Been there 4 times, they are overpriced for accessories. I went for a helmet it was almost twice the price as every where else. I was willing to give them the business but they would not budge at all on price so I purchased it else where . Dropped my quad off for work they never finished assembling it and I got water on my belt drive. Another time I am trying to order parts from them but did not have all info, they would not ask the mechanic about problem so I could order the part. There answer is drop it off...
