Whether your sailboat is tiny or your power boat is a monster yacht, The Sailboat Shop is well-equipped to haul it and launch it for you. Our boating professionals typically launch sailboats and powerboats at the New York State boat launch site on Skaneateles Lake. For sailboats less than 6,000 pounds that cannot be trailer launched, The Sailboat Shop carefully engages a boom crane to lift and launch them at the Skaneateles Country Club.

The Sailboat Shop rents sailboats, pontoon boats, power boats, and canoes/kayaks by the day or week, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day, depending upon the weather. Daily rentals are available Monday through Saturday. Each rental comes equipped with all necessary safety equipment. Power and pontoon boats come fully fueled.

Tried renting a sailboat a few years ago, and they informed me a week before I was going to pick it up, that they would only sell it to me.
This past week, my friend tried renting a sailboat, and we were told, after booking it months ago, that the sailboat would not be put in the water, and we can no longer rent it.
These guys are terrible to deal with - I figured the first time was a fluke, but clearly they don't care about running an honest business.
