You never think of needing a glass replacement company, but when you need one - this is the only one!
Fantastic and quick customer service. Everything explained and nothing hidden or seemingly unsure.
Replaced a dual pane window that our athletic football throwing son broke.
Now we are looking at what other items around the house might need to be "replaced" to give a new fresh look to the house!

I had purchased a wrought iron shelf for my living room. It was meant for the outdoors as a plant stand. I wanted it to hold my crystal bird collection and needed to get glass for my shelves. Silvertide Glass made the glass panels and I love my shelves! So I ordered another glass for a small round table top. Very happy with it all.

Called this company yesterday and made an appointment for today @ noon.
Since I had scheduled 3 companies to come out and give me estimates (for glass repair) I called today @ 10 AM to see if I could advance the time of the appointment by one hour.
No one answered the phone so I left a message to that effect.
Guess what? Not only no "call back" but "no show" for the appointment!
If you can't answer the phone during business hours,- you could at least call back!
If you can't call back,- at least show up for the appointment you made!
If you can't do either
