About eight years ago, the Peterson family was forever changed. They had learned that their daughter, Lauren, one of identical twins, had a hypoplastic right ventricle and pulmonary atresia. This condition means that the right ventricle is either too small or absent, which means the pulmonary artery will not have enough blood pumped to it.

For almost three years we have been fighting to get my husband who is a retired disabled vet SSI. The entire time we only talked to the lawyer over the phone twice and twice in person in front of the judge. He has multiple doctors who state he can’t work and that includes the ssi ones. On September of last year I got into a car accident in KCMO it was at an intersection. Someone crashed into me while my going straight, as I’m crossing they decided to turn left and sent me into an intersection pole. My 2 month new car was ruined it was completely destroy from the whole front, I also fractured my right wrist. I was in a motorcycle accident in Kansas City and Peterson & Associates helped me out with everything after the accident!
