Our Construction practice started 22 years ago in San Diego, California. Our involvement in Tucson Personal Injury Law began when we represented negligent drivers who caused automobile accidents. In those cases, the negligent driver's insurance company hired us to defend the interest of that driver. Based on that experience, we learned a great deal about the insurance companies' decision making process in handling lawsuits filed by the driver who was not at fault and who suffered personal injuries.
