My name is James Athan, owner and fabricator of Ace Iron Works. I've always had a love for art in many shapes, styles and form. Having started this business in 1992, I found an avenue to express myself through ironwork. Not only is ironwork a durable, long-lasting material, it's an expression of art and strength.

Very happy with the custom corten steel planter boxes Jim and his team created for my kitchen garden this spring. Jim came up with a sturdy design that fit my needs exactly, and was easy to work with throughout the process. The boxes are beautiful, and my first season's harvest was a success! Thanks Jim!

Ace replaced the stair railing in my house. Despite the COVID 19 shut down they worked hard to complete the project. The railing needed some minor adjustments at install a the they performed minor welding right on site to complete the project. I am completely satisfied with the railing and strongly recommend them for your railing project.

Jim at Ace Iron Works gave us the best bid for our fencing project in Seattle's Volunteer Park. His work is gorgeous! The fencing was done on time and within budget from start to finish. He certainly knows what he is doing and made recommendations on our design and installation specs that improved the project. We couldn't be happier and we would use him again.

This place has got it going on in the shop. They pump out nothing but the best steel railing fab around. I have hired Ace to do three jobs and i have had nothing but top notch work come from them. Bad bad bad.
Never got to see there work,
they gave me a bid, said they could do the job and when I was ready (less than a week later) they said they didn't have the one piece of material in stock and didn't have time and it would be over two weeks.
All after sever text and email messages.
A big waist of my time and money. I have a client that is now pissed at me and I had to spend more money to get the job done.
