Andy helped us to sell my parents' home of 40+ years after they moved to a retirement community. He treated their home as if it was his own parents' house and was always considerate of their needs and desires. He helped us set the price and communicated clearly and honestly with us throughout the entire process. I live in Ohio, so Andy and his staff handled all the hands on activity - inspection, scheduling of needed repairs, etc. He truly made this major life event of selling a longtime home much less stressful. Andy is the best realtor we have ever encountered in 40 years. He is knowledgeable to price properties and to engage and conclude the sale. Andy Burwell is not only nice, polite, patient, He's what the ultimate professional is and looks like. He never gives up and dresses impeccably, never does he have a wrinkled shirt or pants and shoes always shined. You can tell this is who you want to deal with and that is just the beginning. Tell him how much, location, size of home, He's off to the races and in no time, he's found you home. By now you can see that yes, I am a fan. This is my second purchase from him and the commission he makes is worth every penny.
