Services
With Clark and Sons Home Inspections, you are choosing certified professionals who provide high-quality home inspection services to the area of Kern County. We take great pride in doing a thorough job and going beyond our clients' expectations. Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions as you go.
We start at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof. We then move inside the house, and starting at the bottom, work our way up through the home into the attic.
Put simply, a home inspection is a visual examination and technical analysis of the major systems of a house performed for existing homeowners, prospective purchasers, or third party agencies. Home inspectors must be knowledgeable about all aspects of residential building systems and their operation.
At Clark and Sons Home Inspections we do our best to answer all of your questions. Below you will find a list of what we believe are the most frequently asked questions. If you have any questions that have not been answered below, do not hesistate to contact us. A typical inspection should take 2 to 3 hours to complete.
With your home inspection, you will get a detailed and comprehensive inspection report, which will serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements may be necessary. For those requiring still further explanation, the reference material in the report provides additional insight.

As a real estate agent representing buyers it's very important to have the right home inspection performed to illustrate any potential problems that may not be visible in a standard walkthrough. having the right home inspector that can perform the job correctly and describe the condition and nomenclature of the property effectively to the buyer and agents is vital to the transaction. Chris Clark has consistently shown the ability to communicate with all parties, provide a clear report with pictures and descriptions, and even a website that will make the negotiation process for repairs much easier
