I am the proud owner of Belle de Jour Salon. I am a very creative woman with a colorful history who loves a good story! I had the privilege of training at Louis Licari in Manhattan and Van Michael Salon here in Buckhead. Apprenticing was hard work but I learned the science of color formulation and the art of color application in a very hands on fashion.
Hair looks nature-enhanced, glossy and expensive. It can be subtle or strong, whatever you like, it's all about the freehand application technique. Clients love this current look because it is so soft and natural looking and the grow out is so easy to maintain. I used to leave other salons in the area feeling frustrated after spending a lot of money and not getting the result I was looking for. Cindy at Belle de Jour Salon changed all of that. I leave Belle de Jour happy with the results every single time. Cindy interprets my inspiration pictures and executes it perfectly! My hair turned out nice which is sad and I’ll explain why. Saw Mary for Balayage. This was my first time having her do my hair and my first time at this salon. I won’t ever be back, not because the salon isn’t lovely. I actually believe the owner cares about clients and quality of work. However, the way I was treated would never allow me to return. Mary treated me like I was a client she did not want.Asked me if I just “hop from salon to salon “ because I told her I recently stopped going to my current salon. ( my hair stylist moved). 5 plus stars for Belle de Jour Salon and my stylist (and now friend) Mary. I’ve been going to Mary for 4 years now. I drive over 30 minutes because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Mary is exceptional with color for highlights, balayage and always goes above and beyond to meet my hair needs. An added bonus is that she is easy to talk to and such a kind and caring person. In LOVE with this salon!! I saw Meghan for color and absolutely love how my hair turned out!! I decided it was time to make a change after years of going to a Buckhead salon and never being happy with my hair when I walked out. All I had to do was show Meghan a few inspiration photos and she gave me the highlights and color I've been wanting!! The salon is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming! The owner, Andrea, even came over to introduce herself. I would recommend Meghan and Belle de Jour 100 percent!! I'll definitely be returning :)

I had a great new client experience during my first visit with Cindy about a month ago. After an in-depth consultation, we came up with a plan that was tailored to my hair wants and needs. Using photos for inspiration and being realistic with what state my hair was currently in (some real Covid hair!), we achieved the result I was looking for. I appreciated all of the precautions they took at the salon with Covid and felt comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back again in the future!

I'm very picky about salons and I'm new to Atlanta so I did a thorough research before selecting this salon. I must say I loved this place. I was worried about going to salon in given situation and but these guys are taking so much precautions that I went ahead stress free. I was so relieved when I noticed the cleanliness and all precautions taken seriously. I went for balayage and my stylist was Sara and she is amazing. We discussed the style in detail with sample photos. Also, they used the best products so that was impressive. Overall great experience and this will be my go to salon from now

THANK YOU Andrea & Mara!!! You totally saved my hair. I went to another place to refresh, tone down, and darken my grown out balayage. I wanted a dark chocolate brown - something a little warmer than what I had. Instead, what I got was an over bleached and dry stack of hay - that was even lighter than when I walked in.
A day later, I called Belle du Jour in a panic, asking if they could see me the same day and fix the mess I had. Not only did they welcome me with open arms immediately, but they also fixed the pile of trash that was on my head.

Sara is a miracle worker!!! I came in with hair that I'd destroyed with pink temporary color, then salon brown, then at home dark brown with red tones. The bottom third was greenish, middle was reddish, and the top was ashy. You can't tell in the photo, but the difference in tones was AWFUL. She spent several hours on my hair and the result was gorgeous! It wasn't cheap, but nothing insane for the amount of highlights, lowlights, and glazes involved! Definitely will be going back to her!!

Looking to change up your hair?! Belle de Jour Salon is the place to go! The salon is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. My stylist, Vina did a fantastic job on making my hair look like a million buck! I was relaxed and care during the entire appointment. So thankful to have found this salon! It's been a few days and I still catch myself in awe of my hair whenever passing a mirror. It's crazy what a great hair stylist can do that extends so much further than just changing the color of your hair.
I Walked in with my lifeless bun of hair among many other clients as the doors opened at 08:30. There were already a good handful of other women waiting in their cars for the salons opening to get their Fix in. This alone was such a great sign that I was walking into something reputable and spectacular.

The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and given a tour of the beautiful salon. They offered me drinks, snacks, and anything I would have wanted. This salon is high-end and they made my hair look absolutely beautiful. Tiffany was AWESOME and took the best care of me. I had not had my hair colored in 3 years so I was really nervous going in but she made me feel super confident and made my hair look better than it has ever looked! I highly recommend this salon!

First off, the salon itself is gorgeous. It is very bright and airy, extremely clean, and just a beautiful space! It was also very easy to find and pretty convenient to get to.

Absolutely love this place! Meghan has done my hair twice and each time, she's done exactly what was needed for my hair. I'm very candid about how little I do to maintain my color, and instead of trying to convince me to come more often, Meghan gives me a style that works for me. Also, the entire salon space is beautiful and spotless each time I go. Highly recommend!

Walking into the salon, I was immediately welcomed by the owner, Andrea, who was very helpful and sweet throughout my time at the salon. I've tried a few salons here in Atlanta but never left in love. That changed today ... I had the best experience with Mara & Andrea. After reading reviews, I made an appointment with Brandin. Let me tell you, BRANDIN IS THE BOMB! She knows her stuff, she is also super friendly and professional. I've been going to her close to 2 years now and my hair is in the best shape it's ever been!

I went to Cindy and she was amazing!!! She did exactly what i wanted to my hair and was so friendly. I have dyed my hair myself in the past super light and i really wanted to pull my roots through and create a more natural look and she did an amazing job. She also accommodated me for an appointment kind of last minute. The salon has a great referral program too which is nice. I will definitely go back.

Just got done with my first appointment! I had a balayage done. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but cindy guided me to stay a little darker due to my natural color. Very glad I took her advice! After our first go, I decided I wanted the roots a little darker and she was happy to make it happen. She was so friendly and fun to talk to. A couple of game changers here- the lemon water and the head rests in the wash sinks. I always hate how bad my neck hurts and today, no strain.
