I called them about a remodle of my bathroom. I'm a disable VET and need the bathroom to better support my disability and be safer. The remodle was being paid for by the VA and set up a time for them to come out and start the process. They never showed up, no phone call or anything. The next day I called them and was told they would not do my remodle and no need to reschedule. How can you advertise on your website that you one, honor VETs and also support the VA home remodle program, then do that. It was very unprofessional and I will ensure to let everyone VET know not to use this company. Don
