Awsome people. Christian helped me find a bike that fit me for my size. I did not get my bike from this dealership as a different one came up I couldn't let go. Christian did not try to push a high price product on me and was very helpfull, friendly, and transparent. It was a big relief from my last dealer experience in Florida.

2 months ago I sadly had a accident so I had to take my victory to the shop and Matt did a great job, it’s hard to give any details on what I mean a great job because I have no complaints. But here’s quick explanation on why I would bring my bike here:

I bought my 2017 Springfield here. I've been coming here for years for Victory club rides, but recently decided to trade up to a Springfield. I've always felt well served here. The entire staff of the dealership is friendly and welcoming. Gary and Leo in particular are awesome. Gary was great to work with in working a great deal on a Springfield. Leo has helped me in the past with parts for my Victory, now he's helping me get my new bike in for 500 mile service. Best experience possible... I shopped 3 dealers and was treated bad at all of them but El Cajon. Gary "Buzz" truly took exceptional care of me. He ordered my bike and gave me the best deal. Most importantly he treated me with respect and honesty. He came in on his day off and made the process easy! I live 2 hours away and I will ONLY go to this dealer for my services and any future accessories...as well as my future bikes. Gary is my guy!!!!
