Immigration law practices vary so much that prospective clients are right to ask: "Will this law firm solve my problems, or add to them?" We call ourselves the immigration law problem solvers. We help with all the basic tasks immigration lawyers do: green cards, visas, work permits, citizenship and asylum.
But we go well beyond these tasks. We are highly accomplished in deportation/removal defense. Where most immigration law firms take the situation handed to them, and operate within those limits, we are much more innovative and aggressive. We comb the case literature for rulings that might apply to your case.

Immigration law is frightening to many. It has the power to bar entry, to remove, to refuse requests for visas, work permits, status adjustment and waivers. Families are broken up and dreams are destroyed. Many lawyers are just going through the motions, standing alongside you, but not really addressing your problems and needs.
Youman, Madeo & Fasano, LLP, is a firm of bright immigration law attorneys who have distinguished themselves for dynamic knowledge of U.S. immigration law. A signature of our work is the ability to pinpoint legal precedents from around the country and bring them to bear on cases in the New York metro area.
I want to thank my lawyers Youman, Madeo & Fasano for winning my Provisional Waiver case. My situation was hopeless. Or so it seemed. I entered the United States as a C-1/D-1 because I had been employed to work on a cruise ship. I tried to adjust status before I was represented by my current lawyers.
The law offices of Youman, Madeo & Fasano, LLP, is one of the greater New York area's foremost firms for deportation and removal defense. We successfully seek relief for immigrants convicted of serious crimes. Our reputation nationwide is our mastery of immigration law, and our innovative approach to creating new pathways to immigrant rights.
Youman, Madeo & Fasano is always interested in hearing from individuals who share our passion for excellence, service and innovation. Our exclusive focus on immigration means you will practice in an exciting, ever changing and challenging environment with people who are passionate about immigration.

Be aware! this law firm is not professional, as potential new clients we waited and waited and waited for our phone appointment, and no one had the decency of calling back.
If they do not call you back for a set appointment, do not wait or allow them to change your appointment from the morning to the afternoon, move on to the next.. As a first impression - they are a mess, if they do not return a call now, I can’t imagine if I gave them even a penny ! Look at all the reviews, it is a pattern of them. Enough said.

I made an appointment for 1 o’clock. Arrived at 12:45 filled in the papers and they tell me that it first come first serve and I have 4 people in front of me waiting and my waiting time should be around 2 hours. What is it? A restaurant???? How unorganized and unprofessional a lawyer can be to not be able to organize even he’s schedule. I’m shocked how someone can trust them to do any legal services if they are that poor on organization of their own schedule

The first time I called they said I had to make a consultation fee of $50. I spoke to Fasano and I told him all about my husband’s case, and I showed him the FOIA and he said we could do a motion to reopen. In order to do that he needed the money. We went to sign the contract on August 2018. Once we went there we signed a contract and he said it would take up to 3 months to get an answer. We waited a few weeks and I called to to see if they had an update. They said they would call be back but they didn’t.
Exactly two months after around October 2018 the paralegal called back saying they need

If there was an option for no stars I would give that. I’m disappointed with their customer service personal and secretary at the union city office. I explained my case to secretary for an appointment, First I showed up and was told they couldn’t find my appointment. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the lawyer to give counseling to a group of people. Nevertheless; the very nice lady at the front desk tells me they do not deal with that type of case. It is only immigration cases. Soooo I spent a 35 min driving there, waiting an extra 30 minutes and then told they do not handle those cases
