Booked for a bachelorette party. The price seemed reasonable but after getting in the limo I can see that I was overcharged. The limo was dirty and still had beer cans in it from a previous party. I am hoping whatever was all over the ceiling was a drink that someone spilled but realistically I’m sure it was vomit that was never cleaned. The radio didn’t work and would cut in and out. You couldn’t connect your phone by Bluetooth and it wouldn’t work with an aux cord either. Scott our driver was very nice and that was about the only good thing with our experience.

What a great time we had in this limo. We rode up and spent the day in Cleveland for a family reunion of sorts. The driver was polite and friendly and he took us wherever we wanted to go. He was a very safe driver and the ride was very smooth, which isn't easy to acheive in the pot-holed streets of Ohio. The price was very reasonable and everyone was very happy at the end of the day. I highly recommend American Limo for your group traveling needs.
