As a small business, we were initially really excited to work with Roastar. They were great to us for a few months and then it all went downhill. The quality of prints from the last 4-5 rounds we're horrible. Why we continued to give them hope after the messed up for the second and third time, who knows... The bags were horrible enough where they had to reprint and reship all the bags. Which set us back weeks with our orders and cost us so much more in the long run. They were unapologetic and did not work to resolve this issue in a timely manner or offer any consolidation. Save you time, money

I love working with Roastar. I work for a nutrition company and Roastar does all of our custom packaging printing. We have been working with them for years and they have done a great job. Pricing is competitive, quality is always fantastic, and customer service is always spot on. Occasionally lead times can be a bit long, so plan to place your orders in advance. All in all a great company to work with.

Great experience working with this US-based provider of high quality product bags for our 100% Kona Coffee. The process is very organized and simple to navigate and our account representative Amanda was highly responsive to any questions that we had. In addition to the digital proof, they sent out a free flat proof so that we could see the color and layout before ordering. We are extremely satisfied with Roastar and will definitely use them again.

I've been working with Roastar for 2+ years and can't recommend them enough. The packaging is high-quality and comes out beautiful every time, we rarely deal with any defective bags. We've had the same customer service rep for 2 years and she's been so good to us. Always responsive, always professional, and helps us with everything from design questions to payment questions.
