Showed up to the spot that I had been put in and they had a 30amp breaker wired to a 50amp plug. After trying for 45min I finally got ahold of someone and was put in another spot. Another guy that works with me showed up and the site he was put in the electrical box had burned wires. A week later the site I was moved to the 50amp breaker burned up. The same day the site my cousin was in on the other side of the park the box shorted burning up the breaker there as well and melted the prongs on his cord. The maintenance man said that the electric boxes had been flooded during the last big hurricane

❌ No parking. Small spaces to park.
❌ To connect your electricity is way too low to the ground.
❌ Ants everywhere. We have to buy our own poison to contain it.
❌ Dirty place.
❌ Roads are not safe to drive inside the park. Holes everywhere.
❌ In their advertisement, cable and internet included but beware THEY LIED TO YOU. No cable and internet. If you ask the office about this, they run you around with different excuses.
❌ The ponds are full of algae and full of debris. DIRTY and DISGUSTING

We booked a spot with intentions of staying at the RV park. No one mentioned they had a no refund policy. My husbands company changed his job location. Something we have no control over. They refused to refund the $220 they held only after two days. I would give zero stars for any type of customer service and professionalism.

This place is terrible. No drainage so when it rains it's a swamp. The bath house is dirty and hot. There was a dead kitten on the road so I told the lady working and she said "Ew". I asked her if she could do something about it and she didn't know what to do. They have no amenities. I stayed at one in Houston for the same price with resort style living. This owner is in it for the money not worried about how guests feel. It's a dump.
