I ordered a polo knit shirt with my company logo as well as a mug with my logo. I was very pleased with the customer service the young man gave. He was patient and explained the different options that I could get with my logo. As a matter of fact the logo is their logo they suggested. I will be ordering mugs for family and friends. By the way these mugs are the steel ones which are great for traveling.

Great work. Had some hats-jackets-shirts done. Awesome people and outstanding service.

This place is great. I have used several other print and embroidery places but this one performed the best. Better priced and faster turnaround. The new owner really cares and works his tail off to ensure expedited service. I will only use bee unique for my company's shirts from here on out.

30 dollars for one shirt you think it would come out good...... yeah never again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They promised our team 30+ shirts almost two weeks ago and they couldn’t deliver after they never ordered the shirts through Gildan. I used another company (amazing) that gave me a 24 hour turnaround time but it cost my husband and I to spend $60 bucks out of our pockets and tons of stress to deliver shirts for our player’s families. I should have known when it took them 5 days to respond to my email for a quote. We’ve used Bee Unique before but that was with the previous owners. There are numerous companies around the area that have better pricing, customer service,

I have used Bee Unique for over 6 years, they are now under new management - I will NEVER use them again - horrible customer service.

We had our own product for them to engrave but they tried to swindle us out of our money by telling us we'd have to order a product to be engraved from them! Poppycock! Don't fall for the scam ! Championship trophies wouldn't dare do that! Go to them instead . These people don't know what the hell they're doing and the woman was very rude who takes the orders ! Don't waste your time because they think customers don't have a clue . Customers know a lot more about laser engraving than they think . Don't get taken !

So disappointed in the customer service and the final product. I had them embroider a stole for my college graduation and they completely ignored instructions and put the college logo sideways. And when confronted about it he said "it still looks good". Ya it looks good if everyone tilts their head sideways. He didn't even discount the cost and didn't take responsibility for his mistake. I can't even wear it. They have completely ruined my graduation. I will never return.
