Tom has over 30 years of experience in drapery cleaning, alterations, hardware repair and maintenance.
Tom and Elizabeth specialize in the design of custom drapery and window treatments, bedding, and indoor/outdoor furniture both new and reupholstered. We enjoy working with people to accomplish the look they desire.

We are updating window treatments and used Biltmore Drapery again after 15 years. We could not be happier with the consultation, the fabrics and styles chosen, the workmanship, and the installation! All were professionally done with the utmost care and expertise.
The timing, during this challenging period, was quite unexpectedly short too.
Highly recommend them for not only cleaning, but repair and upholstery.
We won't use anyone else and so thrilled to have them on the remodel team!!

We have had three great experiences with Biltmore Drapery, and the owners, Tom and Elizabeth Plantenga. Our home in Scottsdale never had decent draperies in the living room or dining room from day one, and they created some beautiful light weight draperies, which complement our room so well and are totally functional. Elizabeth really knows fabrics and how to select the right color and texture for the room. The custom drapes hang perfectly and the final product could not be better. But, the best part is the hanging of these drapes in my opinion! The way they installed the hardware and hung these
