From the git-go we were impressed with Drapery Den's approach to carefully evaluating our needs for coverings over 6 new large picture windows, but we only called them because the window covering firm we thought we'd prefer dropped the ball with sub-optimal follow-up. We should probably send them a thank-you note, because with Drapery Den's rep (Rene) we not only wound up with an upgrade in the style of Alta roller shades we had planned to order from the first installers (and in the same price range, to boot), Drapery Den's service from start to finish

I had a great experience with Drapery Den! The owner came out and sat with me to suggest what would work best for me regarding my window coverings. She presented me with various options and I choose the ones she suggested and went ahead with my order. The installation crew was fantastic and on time. I love my new window coverings!! Great quality and a good price! I would highly recommend!

We are delighted with our new shades. Randy Schlater was a pleasure to work with. He immediately had ideas for the type of shade, fabrics, colors, etc. His contribution eliminated for me what have been a "hassle." The cost was very reasonable. The time from consult to quote to installation was quick. Superior communication throughout.

I remodeled my whole house and the last step was to get drapery. I was already overwhelmed with the whole process of remodeling and had no clue where to begin, especially with drapery. While researching, I stumbled upon Drapery Dens' website and decided to schedule a consultation and am very happy that I made this decision. I get to work with Rene and she’s awesome. She kept showing me fabric samples until I was 100% satisfied. I had a small window within which I wanted this to be done and she delivered before that. I am very pleased with how everything turned out and I highly recommend them

We purchased motorized shades from Drapery Den. The whole process from first making contact to installation has only been 4 weeks. Our salesperson was Randy and he was a joy to work with. He showed me infinite patience while we figured out what would work best for us and made sure that I chose the exact style and finish that I wanted. I had Drapery Den come to my home to give me an estimate on 4 room darkening blinds. The sales rep was so helpful on the different types of blinds they offer. I ended up choosing roller shades. I was very happy with their pricing, a lot cheaper than a few other estimates I received. They called about week later to have them installed. The installers were great. I couldn’t believe how fast they had my old ones down and the new ones installed. They didn’t leave any kind of mess and took my old ones with them. My sales rep called me the next to follow up and a few days later I got thank you card

Ok, let's get real. I don't know anything about fabric at all. Drapery Den saved me from myself and saved me money. DD's designers were fantastic! They presented beautiful fabric choices that were complementary to my style. They saved me money by using my old drapery hardware. I was so impressed with my first room that I continued to update my entire home. DD does what they say they are going to do. They will work within your budget without skimping on quality. I definitely recommend Drapery Den!
