I first going to leave a very bad review, but decided not to.
I love Dr. Freeman and she has been good to me and helped.
The others not so much. This place has lots if room for opportunities, starting with doctors.
Thefronr office staff needs more training in social skill in customer service. If you don't even know you owe any thing they get you even going 3.17 that was not awa of.
Wait time is way to long it seems like the practice has less human emotions and sold out to money and just want to get you out

Requested to see a female doctor because I am more comfortable with a female over a male. Jennifer at the front desk advised me that it is their policy that I am required to meet with an assigned doctor and I'm unable to switch. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with. They put me on hold for 5+ minutes and when she came back on the line she advised me that I had to speak with their administrator, Katelyn and that she was unable to provide me with Katelyn's last name or her contact information.

Very satisfied with the care I have received with Dr. Tran. The office got me in the same day for an appointment for a reaction to a hornet sting, which I really appreciated. Since then, I had my physical with Dr. Tran and he is now my primary care provider. He is very easy to talk to about any medical concerns and every interaction with their staff has been pleasant. I have to say the nurses are the best, especially at getting blood from my tiny veins. All in all, I highly recommend Mid-South Internal Medicine or Wolf River Wellness (not sure which is the correct name) for primary care.

My first visit was with Dr Freeman and went really well. She listened and was very sweet. Had all my tests run which they did in a very efficient manner and all staff was kind. However the reason for the 4 stars was because I went back after having covid and could not get in to see her so had see another doctor. Dr Tran...oh my goodness. This guy was rude and demeaning and has NO business being in the medical field caring for people. I should have wrote about my experience with him right after my visit but I was so upset I was afraid that my review would not rated R for strong language.

When I tell you this is the worst place EVER.. I have only been going there for 4 months and it has been a night from HELL. 2 months ago the billing department threaten me about a pass due bill that I was not aware of, was told I would not be able to see the doctor until I pay in full of something I was just informed about that day.( not even 30 days old) Dr.Tran or his nurse will not return calls to me or my insurance company for a very important form that is needed to process my Life Insurance. I will not refer my worst enemy to this place.. I am leaving and searching for a new Internal Medicine

Never go there as they will try to mint out money in whatever way possible and will try to just fill out their questionnaire and not even bother about your health. And god help you if you get stuck in claim or billing issue becuase all you are going to get is humiliation and rude replies. I am my spouse went there on same day for annual check and we both were sent out a bill even when our insurance covers 100%.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimberly Freeman for many years. She always remembers me and my situation and she has even called me at home to check on me. She really listens. I’ve also seen her nurse practitioner Bret. She saved my life! She figured out that I had a PE when I never would’ve suspected this.

I would strongly recommend against going to this location especially if you are going to see Dr. Pruett. I went for an annual checkup and for one other issue. While trying to explain the issue to him, I felt he was more interested in getting through his checklist of usual questions than addressing the most pressing issue I had. Also, my labs came back slightly irregular, but they were very normal for someone who is overweight. His nurse informed me they would be running the labs again. I still haven't figured out why. The reason for the difference is obvious - I need to lose weight. Also, when

Dr. Pruett is an incredible thorough doctor who truly cares about what the patient is going through and is genuinely concerned with ways in which the patient can recover in the most efficient, comfortable manner.
March 08, 2018 I was admitted due to closing airways because of mononucleosis and tonsillitis. I did not have a PCP. A friend recommended me to Dr. Pruett and the first time I went, a thorough observation of all symptoms, heart activity, and internal scans were made. I am very thankful because he and the nurses helped me through the painful and frightening symptoms of mono such as rashes
