A big day for us today as we close on good old Lot 44! We could not be happier with our experience and the way things have turned out. We have shared a creative journey that in some ways I hate to see end, and in others I am thrilled to be on the other side! I know I am going to be so excited at the closing that I will not have the presence of mind to say how much I appreciate each of you.
Stoneledge Properties was the recipient of a Pinnacle Award of Excellence in the overall Green Building category. This award is given annually by the South Carolina Home Builders Association(R) and recognizes individual builders for various areas of excellence and we are honored to have received such a prestigious award.
The 2016 Designer Showcase Home Tour of Hope benefiting the Cancer Society of Greenville County was this years can't-miss event. Over three weekends this fall, attendees enjoyed exclusive access to the beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Estate home which includes more than 9,300 square feet of living space, a separate guest house, pool and outdoor kitchen/grilling area.

We moved into our beautiful new home built in Le Jardin by Stoneledge Properties last week! We could not be more pleased! Chris, Meranda, John, the design team and all the subcontractors were all amazing. Their passion, talent and expertise made the building process so enjoyable. Chris Bailey in his building operations are second to none. He does a quality professional jobs out of level few and bring both our other areas are capable of. I'll recommend his services and his his wife Miranda as a decorator is unequaled. Her services are included in any construction that he's involved in. He is only involved in the very high-end product lines though.
