Services
Coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals. Coaches use multiple methods that will help their clients. It is not targeted at psychological illness and coaches are neither therapists nor consultants. Coaching is a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim to achieve some goal or develop specific skills.
Emotional Intelligence, or EQ, has been found to be more predictive of success in the business world than IQ. An IQ appears to act as a "gateway to entry." If you don't have a minimum IQ, you can't enter a particular field. You need a minimum IQ to become a lawyer or a nurse, but once you are in, the EQ will distinguish star performers.
Yoga is the union of yourself with the supreme being or ultimate principle. And my Conscious Coaching Group is proud to offer people the chance to experience this unity with special meditation and yoga classes. We have private, semiprivate, and group classes available.
