Sarah's positivity is contagious, and she creates a very safe environment that goes a long way in letting your guard down so you talk openly. My biggest breakthrough was learning how I was communicating and exhibiting my stress. Just that awareness somehow made all the difference in how I react to things. I came to Sarah feeling terrible - my energy and overall sense of wellbeing was really low. I had a bit of trouble finding the positives in negative situations and just the haze of craziness that is everyday life. My life coach sessions with Sarah help me now stay much more calm and grounded in the moment. We talk through situations realtime and Sarah also provides a wealth of supplemental tools (perspective shift ideas, blogs, books, etc.) Next, we'll be digging into a specific resource to help me create ongoing self-compassion. I was completely stuck in my efforts to integrate a weight loss program into my lifestyle when I began working with Sarah. She has a diversity of knowledge, grounding demeanor, and a subtle approach that makes all the difference. "I so appreciate working with Sarah as my weight loss coach. I've gotten rid of my food obsession! It is so nice to walk down the grocery aisle and not be stressed thinking about "what can I eat now?" or "what do I have to avoid?" "I just loved my sessions. One of the benefits of Sarah's weight loss programs is she listens so well to understand a person's psyche and what motivates them. Last year in summer 2019 I was looking to commit myself to lose weight and have build up my energy level with the right nutritious food and exercise. Initially, I thought to get help from nutritionists than I found Sarah. The unique thing about Sarah, she understands your routine, likes, and dislikes and ask how you can help yourself. I worked with Sarah at Truce while living in NY - all of our sessions were video or phone-based. Working with Sarah has been one of the highest ROI investments I've made in myself. I lost 17 lbs in 4 months. I started working with Sarah right before I had a major surgery where I was going to be immobile for months. I wanted to work on managing my weight during my recovery.

I originally hired Sarah to help me manage my weight gain during pregnancy but she turned out to be so much more than a "weightless coach". She is flexible and tailors each session to your needs. I prefered that our sessions flowed organically so there were some weeks where we focused on my emotional well-being as opposed to which healthy eating techniques worked for me. I have worked with Sarah off and on for the last 6 years and her collaborative and caring approach has enabled me to meet my goals.
