Have your Kroger Plus card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up. If you do not yet have a Kroger Plus card they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
You can expect to make a difference to your resident, your community, and yourself by maintaining vibrant relationships. A staggering 60% of nursing home residents have no visitors. That means an alarming 2,839 residents in the Bluegrass area are missing vital social interaction with people from their community.

The Nursing Home Ombudsman Agency's award-winning ombudsman program was started in 1981 by a small group of caring citizens concerned about the conditions in their local nursing homes.
