Whether you need short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, Grand Haven Nursing Home provides the highest level of care in a safe, structured environment. We have a genuine therapy team provided by Functional Pathways that provides Physical therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
We also provide Dental, Vision, Optometry, Audiology, Podiatry, and Psychiatric Services. Communal areas include our lobby, Television room, Two shower/Bath rooms, Beauty Shop and a covered patio for outdoor time. Our community dining room offers healthy, delicious meals planned by a registered dietician, including meals that are tailored to a residents specific dietary needs.

Services
With an Elite team of therapists, Functional Pathways provides excellent rehab services including Cardiac Rehab, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. Grand Havens staff provides help with everyday activities, also called "activities of daily living." These activities include bathing, dressing, grooming, using the toilet, eating, and moving around-for example, getting out of bed and into a chair.
Grand Haven is a proud recipient of The Best of Kentucky presented by the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities. Strict guidelines must be met in order to qualify for this award. So the nursing home is following junk science and extortion to single out the unvaxxed. Driving a wedge between them and a loved one they're holding hostage. Demanding a week in advance appointment to see them. With nothing but bull$hit reasons. If being unvaxxed is a risk, even though there's no proof, then i want records of every resident and employee, showing that they are vaxxed for not only covid-19, but also for every other contagious virus. If my mother is at risk for catching all those things from you , then i have the right to know. And i will get a court order. Since vaxx causes shedding
