With PFS you will receive a superior design that is professionally installed, inspected signed off by your jurisdiction and maintained annually. We also provide tenant improvement plans and installation, repairs, inspections & testing as well as MIC repair.
Our projects range from New Construction and 150,000 s.f. Tenant Improvements to relocating just a few fire sprinkler heads. We provide services from San Diego County up to San Bernardino County and over to Orange County. Our projects consist of: New Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, Tenant Improvements, Public Works and Testing/Inspections.
