Amazing customer service and workmanship.
We flew in with a dress for a wedding that was too long in the front. We were graciously added to his busy schedule, without an overpriced rush fee, and so welcomed unlike the one the hotel recommended.
The turnaround was as promised and the workmanship perfect. Wish we lived closer as Benjamin’s would be our ongoing choice.

I came to them with an emergency and they were so accommodating and kind!!! They altered my dress on short notice and the alterations were perfect. I’ll never use another tailor as long as I’m in South Florida, they are the best here bar none. If you ever need work done please consider giving them a try!

Highly recommend! I recently purchased a very expensive customized Carharrt work coat for my boyfriend and when I received it, it was way too large. I didn’t know if it was able to be tailored because of the inside fabric of the jacket and the customization but when I took it in to Benjamin‘s Alterations, they said it wouldn’t be a problem. They basically had to take apart and redo the entire jacket including the sleeves, shoulders, and body. I just picked it up and I could not be happier. I hadn't visited a tailor in decades until Benjamin's opened. Sure, I knew that ensuring that your clothes really fit YOU properly was important, but it was something I just never got around to. Finally, I decided to give it a try. Now, two years later, I have to say that I'm sort of addicted! Over the years, I've tried a few different places, but Benjamin's was the first to get it right - the first time. I've had a few pairs of slacks and a suit tailored for the perfect fit. I love the service I get from the staff here. The team is highly skilled in what they do and super easy to work with. I'm able to explain what I want done, know that they've pinned me correctly, and trust that when I pick up my clothes I won't have any issues. I will never go any where else.

Been a Customer of Benjamin's for years and love the level of service I get every time I walk in for an Alteration Service! And believe me, I need a lot of of help with my alterations! My hip and waist don't fit a regular size pant!
