Our service includes clearing all debris from the roof, gutters, and downspouts, including clearing any downspout clogs. Gutters and downspouts are water-tested to ensure the system is functioning properly and to inspect for leaks or seams that may be failing. Debris is bagged and hauled from the property.
Valor Gutter Guard is a micro-mesh style product with a rigid metal frame that keeps leaves and other debris out of your gutters and downspouts, protecting your home from damage caused by overflowing gutters and clogged downspouts. Valor's raised screen design pulls water into the gutter for optimal performance.
Keeping your gutters free of dry debris is the first step in protecting your home from the increasing danger of wildfire in California. We offer recurring service plans to ensure your gutters are cleaned regularly, but even just a tiny amount of dry debris is enough to catch fire and ignite an entire house.
Building and home exteriors, patios, driveways and porches can all be made to look like new by pressure washing. We can remove dirt, cobwebs, grease, and other unsightly debris to keep your home looking beautiful. We utilize our pressure washers to clean building exteriors, decks, pavers, and concrete and aggregate surfaces.

I had Gutter Patrol come out on a recommendation to have the gutters and roof debris cleaned off and bagged. They left debris on my roof and didn't bag all the stuff. Probably thought I wouldn't notice, but I've been cleaning up the yard every weekend to get it in shape and know how much debris was there when I left. Just look at the photos.

Eric is the owner, and completed all of my request with perfection. Our windows are just like new. I was amazed how fast and perfect Eric completed the job. Before Eric started, Eric showed me how his truck and equipment function. Eric designed his system, which is high tech. I would like to explain the system, but, the best way to see it, is to make an appointment with his staff and see for yourself. Like me you will say, "Wow! Welcome to the 21st century of window cleaning."

Absolutely amazing service from Gutter Patrol.
Both times I have used them I have been away from the home. I come back and the roof and gutters are immaculate and the surrounding garden is exactly like I left it or even better.
Amanda was great to speak with and she was very clear about how the work would be done and what to expect for pricing. It ended up being even less than quoted.
They worked with me to do a little bit extra moss cleaning in the roof and it looks great.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others

Eric and Amanda Branecki are a great team! They deliver on their promises and do flawless work. Eric installed the Leaf Solution gutter guard system for us, which came highly recommended by other satisfied GutterPatrol customers. Amanda helped us check references and select a color to match our new roof. The outcome looks wonderful! On the same day as the gutter guard installation, Eric also did a stellar job cleaning our very many, large and dirty windows. We will use GutterPatrol & WindowShine again, without hesitation, and highly recommend them to others.

I recently had my gutters cleaned by Eric and was so pleased with his work. My roof line is challenging with multiple roof edges and gutters on a two story house, Eric completed the job perfectly and was polite and on time and very professional as well as friendly. Not enough stars!! We've been using GP&WS for many years for cleaning our gutters & windows. Eric's work is outstanding and affordable, and he's worked under very difficult conditions at times. If Yelp offered more than 5 stars for ratings, I would not hesitate to use them all for Gutter Patrol. This is the second time I have used them and the second time they exceeded all expectations. Eric is friendly, efficient, diligent about the quality of his work and dog friendly.
