Alex is amazing. Very professional, he arrived on time with an employee and did the job perfectly, but what sets him apart is that when he ran into an issue (a vine that had detached the gutter from the house) I told him that I wanted the gardener to see if we could fix the situation first before he did anything - but then when it turned out a couple of days later that the gardener could not do anything about it, Alex just came back and built some gutter extension that solved the issue, which saved me a tons of time and headache. Alex even built the same on another gutter that was about to fail

It’s really a great pleasure talking to Alex. He’s very responsive. He came on time, he got his job done quickly and professionally. He even gave me some great suggestions. He saw my gutters had been cleaned lately ( I just moved in and wasn’t aware) so he just did what he can do to keep the good form. he didn’t even ask for pay, I always admire ppl that only charge for what they do.
