I had two men show up to survey our property as we are selling our home. They came to knock on our door and I was not told they were coming so I asked to verify the information. The younger man walked off and said "Jesus f'ing Christ". I wanted to make sure that they were doing something they were supposed to since I was not previously notified. I wouldn't recommend title companies using them or shopping for a different survey company as the younger man couldn't keep from cussing at us.
