AAB Engineering and Surveying has the expertise and technology necessary to provide an accurate boundary survey quickly and efficiently.
If you are in the process of closing on a property where a title commitment/title insurance is required you should know a ALTA/NSPS survey will likely be required as well. This survey is conducted in accordance with the ALTA/NSPS surveying standards and meets the requirements of the title company necessary to remove the exception regarding a valid survey.
A topographic survey is a detailed survey of all improvements on all or a portion of a property. Not only does the survey locate all improvements but it also demonstrates a relative elevation of those improvements as well as the surrounding ground. This elevation data is often tied to a known vertical datum that relates those elevations to sea level and other surveys on that same datum.

Very negative experience.
Didn't answer my last two emails after several days but did email me other information in-between my emails.
When I finally got ahold of someone on the phone they literally said they had no answers as why their crew did what they did marking our property and excused it away.
When I stated I was would pay my bill but wasn't very unhappy with the whole process I was literally told "well the end result was satisfactory, you got four corners marked".
Definitely will be taking any future elsewhere😔
