We are New Orleans' only authorized service center for SYM scooters and we are a factory authorized repair center for Razor electric scooters and ride ons. We can diagnose and repair many issues within a day or two.

Taotao Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985, located in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, is near to the Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou Expressway and is adjacent to China Hardware City - Yongkang. Needed to re-key a SYM II. Drove an hour away and bought it from Scooters of Louisiana. Box open, It came with ignition switch and key but not the trunk lock, cost $140.
Those keys got lost. Couldn't get replacement key had to buy the whole kit again. This time it came with the ignition, key AND trunk lock $140. Kinda weird the first set did not come with trunk lock.
I drove over an hour to buy the new kit. My son called and told me he found his key the same day. Three days went by and I went to return the new switch still in the box. Was told no returns accepted.
