Let me start by saying this was my first time riding a scooter and riding a scooter in the city. This company was not only extremely kind and courteous but went over and beyond to make sure myself and everyone in my party were extremely pleased. If you want to tour the city of New Orleans, this is the company you need to rent from. I enjoyed the user-friendly scooters and will certainly be returning once I visit the city again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Where else can you rent scooters for 24 hours for less than $100? I use them every time I visit my hometown of New Orleans. It’s so much fun, and a great way to see so much of the city without doing a lot of walking. The staff is exceptionally great, and I can’t wait to reach out to them again.

Great little scooter shop with a surprisingly good assortment of scooters on hand, and if you moved here and need to get your motorcycle endorsement, and you don’t mind risking your life and limbs driving across town to the DMV station in Metairie on a 50cc rented scooter, you might find the actual, slow speed figure eights in a parking lot, test to be a breeze compared to getting there and back! Nice people, too…

Wonderful all around! They were helpful, friendly, willing to ask questions and willing to Answer questions. They made sure I knew enough to take of my scooter and how to operate it. I did before I got there but the friendly making sure made me trust them!

My husband and I rented a scooter for the day and had a blast! I highly recommend seeing New Orleans this way for at least a day. The staff here was also amazing! Just had the best time renting some 50cc scooters from this place!! People at the desk were super friendly & helpful. Our friend decided to return his early since he wasn’t into it & they gave him a refund right away. 5 star service for sure

These people are the sweetest. Great customer service. I felt very taken care of and have no fears for the future because I know they will take care of upkeep services and any repairs needed. They helped me get approved for financing and had me on my way! Super easy , super awesome and I looove my new scooter!! Highly recommend !

My girlfriend and I rented a 150cc scooter for the afternoon and couldn't have asked for better service. Jim took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to have a good time. We both received helmets that fit perfectly and were in good shape, a good lock, and the scooter itself was brand new and only had about 100 miles on it. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The prices were also the best we could find in town. If you're thinking about renting or buying a scooter I have no doubt that all the people over at Avenue Scooters will take good care

I had a great time. We rented two scooters and ride al over the city. My daughter was tired. So we had to change plans from a whole day to three hours. The day was beautiful to be outside and the roads where cleared to have fun. Jim gave us the best experience and will go back to him when im around NOLA. 7 stars service.

Bravo to Meredith Tay and the entire staff at Avenue Scooters. This is THE way to see New Orleans! I rented a Buddy 50cc scooter for 2 days last week and had a BLAST riding all over the city. I found the streetcars in New Orleans, while historical and quaint, are not really a reliable way of getting around. A scooter was absolutely the solution! I rode all over, from City Park to Baywater, Uptown to Audubon Park, and of course the French Quarter. For $80 a day it was a great deal. The scooter I had was in excellent condition (see picture). Not scooter related, however these are good people. I had an incident with my car and was broken down across the street. The splash guard had fallen off and I had driven over it. It was partially hanging but due to being bolted one one side still, I could not simply just rip it off. I walked over to Avenue Scooters and Merideth was there. I explained my situation and she happily loaned me some tools that enabled me to get my car back on the road. If they will help a stranger in their time of need, imagine what they would do for their customers. Awesome people.

Avenue Scooters has really the best customer service. Every time I have any issues with my scooter they're always available to help and fix my problem. The staff is so kind and helpful.
